Handmade Artwork Because each piece is individually hand-painted or handcrafted, slight variations are part of the artwork's character and are not considered defects.

Returns If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom Commissions Commissioned work is non-refundable once the creative process has begun, as agreed during the commission discussion.
